If you are interested in coaching for Capital Area Flag Football League this season please register today. Coaches will get a Free Coaching shirt for volunteering. Each team can have 3 coaches on sideline (Head, Assistant, Team Manager). The following is needed to be able to coach :

1. Pass  mandatory background checks
   
   Child Abuse
   State Police
   
   
2. Have 2 available hours a week (1 hour for practice, 1 hour for game)
3. Great attitude and ability to connect and communicate with players

Positive & enthusiastic volunteer coaches needed  

Coaching a youth sports team can be a tremendously rewarding experience, giving you the opportunity to help young players learn the game of football in a fun and safe atmosphere. Additionally the bond created by a parent coaching their child is one that will be cherished and remembered for years to come. 

No prior coaching experience necessary - as an NFL FLAG coach, you will be given all the resources and support you need to help you succeed.
