If you are interested in coaching for Capital Area Flag Football League  this season, we're offering you a FREE ENTRY of play.


Please keep in mind that this will only apply to Head Coaches who are selected to coach, which will be determined by registration time stamp. Each team is limited to two coaches. Rest assured, if you are selected to coach, you will be coaching your child’s team. A refund will be issued to you for the division price of the entry fee that you paid after the season once you have satisfied the league obligation which includes:

1. Pass a mandatory background check
2. Attend the virtual coaches meeting
3. Attend all practices and games for the season

Coaching a youth sports team can be a tremendously rewarding experience, giving you the opportunity to help young players learn the game of football in a fun and safe atmosphere. Additionally the bond created by a parent coaching their child is one that will be cherished and remembered for years to come. 

No prior coaching experience necessary - as an NFL FLAG coach, you will be given all the resources and support you need to help you succeed.
